The benefits to "Guests" are to view, rent, purchase property owned by Members. Guests may be owners and non owners of Mayan Resorts Property.
As a Guest you are able to make contact with Members who have Mayan Resorts property they wish to rent for the time of their yearly ownership.
As a Guest you will be able to create your own "Wish List" by going to our Forums and clicking on either "Wish to Rent" or Wish to Buy". You will be able to let owners know that you have a wish for the rental or purchase of a Mayan Resort timeshare.
Mayan Resorts Owners Group does not participate in the rental of property. The rental is between the member and the renter.
It is the responsibility of the member and renter to take proper precaution and to protect self in the transaction.
As a Guest you are able to view and make contact with Members who have Mayan Resorts property for sale.
